Cricket Australia is set to host first T20I against South Africa at Darwin on Sunday. Mitch Marsh’s team is fresh off a 5-0 series victory in West Indies. The hosts are set to welcome few regular faces, most notably Travis Head and Josh Hazlewood.
The series whitewash against Windies in the Carribbean, certainly boosted the confidence of the team as well as created good headache for the selectors ahead of the T20I World Cup next year.
Australia squad for T20I series vs South Africa:
Mitchell Marsh (c), Sean Abbott, Tim David, Ben Dwarshuis, Nathan Ellis, Cameron Green, Josh Hazlewood, Travis Head, Josh Inglis, Matt Kuhnemann, Glenn Maxwell, Mitchell Owen, Matthew Short, Adam Zampa

How will bowling attack shape up?
Ben Dwarshuis showed brilliant bowling display in the batting friendly decks in Carribbean.
Nathan Ellis the fan favourite is likely to be the best pick for next year’s world cup in India and Sri lanka.
Adam Zampa also performed decent in the Carribbean and recently completed his 100T20Is, will be the main spin option going forward.
How will the batting lineup look?
Travis head and Mitch Marsh are set to open in the first T20I at Darwin, as stated by Mitch Marsh: “It’ll be myself and Heady up the top for the foreseeable future,” ahead of first T20I.
There’s no room for Matt Short in the team as of now which being the same case in the Carribbean but He is included into the Squad ( it’s a wait n watch game for him).
